If we have contacted you directly then rest assured, based on our own research that your company has been flagged up with billing errors and we are confident that a rebate is due to be issued to you by your local authority. We do not cold call.
1 - You will continue to pay more than you should be paying as our process includes correcting your bill moving forward.
2 - If your rebate is not claimed back, the funds end up in the treasury. We have no way of knowing when those funds will be written off hence why we urge anyone considering our services, to act as quickly as possible.
Yes - unfortunately sometimes our initial audits reveal funds which may in fact be unavailable, this may be because the company has fallen behind in payments for example and therefore this has affected the figure owed. There are many circumstances which can affect the overal outcome & the final figure, all of which are decided by the local authority and not by ourselves.
